We occasionally run referral programs to reward our community for spreading the word about Playful Pineapple. This page is the central place to check which referral programs are live, and how they work.

Referral Program Status

We run referral programs from time to time. Here is the current status:
  • Lifetime Launch Referral Program
    • Closed
    • Active: 20 February 2025 - 30 April 2025
    • Reward: £10 per referral (Lifetime Membership purchases only)
  • Future Referral Promotions
    • Not currently active
    • We'll announce any new referral campaigns right here when they go live.

Closed: Lifetime Launch Referral Program

Our Lifetime Launch Referral Program ended on 30 April 2025.
If you participated in this promotion and have verified, eligible referrals, we will still process payouts as outlined in the original terms.

What this means:
  1. Referrals made before 30 April 2025 are still valid, if properly tracked and verified.
  2. You will be contacted by our team for payment details when you qualify for payout.
  3. If you’re unsure of your referral status, you can request a report by emailing support@playfulpineapple.com.
Reminder: We do not offer retroactive referrals. If your referral did not include your profile name at checkout, it cannot be tracked or rewarded.

When will a new program be available?

We love rewarding our community and we may launch new referral opportunities in the future. When a new program goes live, this page will be updated with:
  1. Program name and status
  2. Start and end dates
  3. Eligibility and reward structure
  4. Links to the Full terms & FAQs
